• Select storage duration.
• Choose locker size: S, M, or L.
• Enter the following:
– Mobile phone number;
– A personal PIN code.
• Pay with credit/debit card.
• Once payment is confirmed,
the locker will open.
• Place luggage inside.
• Store bags and close locker.

Retrieval function

• Select pick up function.
• Enter:
– The mobile phone number
used at the time of deposit;
– The PIN code used at the
time of deposit.

If the rental period has expired:
• The system requests payment
of the outstanding amount

The user is asked whether the retrieval is final or temporary.

FINAL RETRIEVAL

The user removes all items and closes the locker.

TEMPORARY RETRIEVAL

The locker opens briefly.
Once closed, the rental continues until the end of the selected period.

While we take every precaution to safeguard your items, please note the following:

  • The company cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of high-value items such as jewellery, electronics (including laptops and mobile phones), cash, luxury goods, or works of art. We strongly recommend keeping such items with you at. all times.
  • Prohibited items include flammable materials, perishable goods, items with strong odors, or anything that could damage lockers or other stored luggage.
Also not permitted: valuables, weapons, explosives, illegal substances, and live animals.
  • No claims will be accepted in the event of loss or damage caused by the storage of prohibited items.
